Live animals are sold with health guarantees as specified in each product listing. These guarantees are subject to proper acclimation and care procedures being followed by the buyer.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.

In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will refund any payments made.

We ship to locations within Indonesia. International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight/size, and shipping method selected. Live animal shipments require specialized handling and may incur additional fees.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

For live animals, we use specialized packaging and overnight shipping when possible to ensure safe arrival. Buyer must be available to receive live shipments promptly.

We guarantee that all live animals will arrive alive and in good health when following our shipping guidelines and recommendations.

To claim the live arrival guarantee, you must: (a) Be present to receive the package on the delivery date, (b) Document any issues with clear photos/videos within 2 hours of delivery, (c) Contact us immediately with documentation.

The guarantee does not cover: (a) Incorrect shipping information provided by buyer, (b) Delays caused by buyer unavailability, (c) Issues arising from improper acclimation or care after arrival.

Refunds or replacements under this guarantee are at our discretion and subject to verification of the claim.

Due to the nature of live animals, returns are generally not accepted. All sales of live animals are final unless covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Non-living products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

You agree not to: (a) Use the website for any unlawful purpose, (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (c) Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Reselling animals purchased from us without proper permits and documentation where required by law is prohibited.

Misrepresenting yourself or your intentions when purchasing animals is grounds for order cancellation and account termination.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
