Terms and conditions for using Dunia Anura's website and services.

By accessing, using, registering, transacting, or using any services available on Dunia Anura, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
If users do not agree to any or all of these Terms and Conditions, they must stop using Dunia Anura services.
2. Definitions
"Dunia Anura" is a digital platform that provides product sales, live animals, live plants, maintenance services, project services, consultations, and other related services.
"User" means any individual or business entity that accesses or uses Dunia Anura services.
"Product" means physical goods, live animals, live plants, equipment, feed, and other products sold through Dunia Anura.
"Service" means all services provided by Dunia Anura including but not limited to maintenance, projects, consultations, and subscription services.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for the security of their account, password, devices, and all activities conducted through the account.
Dunia Anura may suspend or delete accounts that:
- Provide false information.
- Misuse the system.
- Commit fraud.
- Disrupt service operations.
- Violate applicable laws.
4. Orders and Payment
All transactions are considered valid after payment is received and verified by the system.
Dunia Anura reserves the right to:
- Reject orders suspected of fraud.
- Cancel transactions due to pricing, stock, or system errors.
- Request additional verification when necessary.
5. Live Animal and Live Plant Products
Users understand that live animals and live plants are biological objects with natural risks.
Differences in color, size, shape, growth, behavior, and certain biological conditions are not considered product defects.
Live animal and live plant warranty terms follow the warranty policy published separately by Dunia Anura.
6. Shipping
Risks of delay due to courier services, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or conditions beyond Dunia Anura's control are not Dunia Anura's responsibility.
Users are advised to use shipping insurance services when available.
7. Complaints and Returns Policy
All complaints must be submitted through Dunia Anura's official complaint system.
For products eligible for return, users must:
- Submit a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Include an unboxing video without pauses, cuts, or edits.
- Include supporting photos when requested.
Dunia Anura may reject complaints that do not meet these requirements.
8. Maintenance and Project Services
Dunia Anura may provide periodic maintenance services and project services based on agreements stated in proposals or contracts.
Each job is considered complete after handover and verification are carried out according to applicable procedures.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, logos, systems, software, documentation, images, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Dunia Anura or parties that license them to Dunia Anura.
The following are prohibited without written permission from Dunia Anura:
- Copying.
- Reselling.
- Modifying.
- Distributing.
- Replicating the system.
10. AI DARA
DARA is an artificial intelligence-based assistant provided to help users.
Users understand that:
- DARA's answers are informational.
- DARA may produce errors.
- Final decisions remain the user's responsibility.
Dunia Anura does not guarantee absolute accuracy of all results produced by DARA.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunia Anura is not liable for:
- Indirect losses.
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of data.
- Operational disruptions to users.
- User misuse of products.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to hold Dunia Anura harmless from all claims, losses, costs, and liabilities arising from:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Misuse of services.
- Legal violations by users.
13. Changes to Terms
Dunia Anura may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication on the Dunia Anura platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute will first be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved according to applicable law in Indonesia.
